Soil Granite soils of limited depth, rich in skeleton consisting of coarse granite weathering sand, loose, acid, poor in nutrients, very low water retention.

Climate Mediterranean, average rainfall rates in Spring and Autumn, long, hot and windy summers, considerable temperature excursions
Harvesting Traditional, by hand.
Vinification Technique White, fermentation in barriques in contact with the yeasts until the May after harvesting, further development in the bottle for 4 months.
Aging In the cellar, 7 months.
Tasting Notes Colour: Strong, bright straw yellow.
Nose: Intense, lingering, delicate, fruity, with grape aroma and distinctive vanilla scents.
Palate: Mellow, medium body, medium finish, hints of almond.
Storage Constant temperature 18 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle.
Serving Tall, medium wide goblet, serving temperature 12 °C, uncork 10-20
