Place of origin Hills of Gallura, the countryside of Tempio and neighbouring areas.
Soil Granite soils of limited depth, rich in skeleton consisting of coarse granite weathering sand, loose, acid, poor in nutrients, very low water retention.
Grape Varieties Moscato 100%.
Climate Mediterranean, average rainfall rates in Spring and Autumn, long, hot and windy summers, considerable temperature excursions.
Harvesting Traditional, by hand.
Vinification Technique White, Charmat method for sparkling wine production.
Aging In the cellar, 2-4 months.
Tasting Notes Colour: Light bright straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: Big, intense, especially fine and elegant with pronounced fruity notes.
Palate: Nice balance of sweetness, delicate, smooth, long finish on the palate.
Storage Constant temperature 14 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle
Serving Goblet, serving temperature 8-10 °C.
