Tasting Notes
Colour: Pronounced ruby red, with purple tinges when young, turning to garnet as it matures.

Nose: Big, lingering, vinous bouquet typical of Cannonau, hints of forest fruits.

Palate: Dry, fairly intense, good balance of acids and tannins, long finish in the nose and on the palate.

Storage
Constant temperature 16 °C, humidity 75%, controlled light, horizontal bottle.


Serving
Stemware with wide rim and fairly tall bowl, serving temperature 16 °C, uncork at least 30 minutes before serving.

Matchings
Red meats, game, mature PDO Sardinian Pecorino cheese.
